2013 US-China Poultry Industry High-level Symposium



Over the years, China and US have conducted extensive cooperation on poultry feeding technologies, disease prevention and control, processing, managerial expertise, trade, investment and other areas, making great contribution to the healthy development of husbandry industry in both country. As two of the big producing, trade and consuming countries, China and U.S. cooperate a lot on the area of husbandry. In view of the difference in consumption and processing procedure, this symposium aims to provide a wider platform for international cooperation and communication for the poultry industry, by making a depth exploration on the subject of poultry management, feed production, emergency tackling, and consumers' requirement and anticipation on food security. To further foster the policy communication and information exchange, strengthen the understanding of grain security, food security and sustainable development in both countries, the two sides decides to hold the ??2013 US-China Poultry Industry High-level Symposium?? in Beijing from Nov. 12 to Nov. 13.


Time: Nov. 12-13, 2013 (registration on Nov. 11). The duration of the symposium is one and a half day.
