Pork (Lean Meat) Price in the Market for the Third Ten-day of March (Mar. 21-31, 2017)

According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid Apr. 10, 2017, the average pork price (lean meat) of the third ten days of March is 16.64 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 7.98 yuan/jin. Tibet, 21.67 yuan/jin, has the highest pork price. Heilongjiang, 13.69 yuan/jin, has the lowest pork price. While the pork price in Tibet, Guizhou, Guangdong, Shanghai and Hainan are higher than 18.304 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), those in Qinghai, Heilongjiang, Liaoning and Xinjiang are lower than 14.976 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).

The price was 1.38% down from a year ago, and 0. 79 % down from the previous ten days of March.
