Egg (Whole) Price in the Market for the First Ten-day of April (Apr. 1-10, 2017)

According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid Apr. 18, 2017, the average egg (whole) price of the first ten days of April is 3.89 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 3.39 yuan/jin. Guizhou, 6.15 yuan/jin, has the highest egg price. Heilongjiang, 2.76 yuan/jin, has the lowest egg price. While the egg price in Guizhou, Hainan, Tibet, Guangxi, Guandong, Yunnan, Chongqing, Hunan and Zhejiang are higher than 4.279 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), the egg price in Beijing, Shaanxi, Xinjiang, Jiangsu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Tianjin, Henan, Liaoning, Shanxi, Jilin, Hebei, Shandong and Heilongjiang are lower than 3.501 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).

The price was 13.50% down from a year ago, and 0.76% up from the previous ten days of March.
