Chicken Meat in the Market for the First Ten-day of April (Apr. 1-10, 2017)

According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid Apr. 18, 2017, the average chicken meat price of the first ten days of April is 9.60 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 8.67 yuan/jin. Guangdong, 15.08 yuan/jin, has the highest meat price. Jilin, 6.41 yuan/jin, has the lowest meat price. While the meat price in Guangdong, Fujian, Guizhou, Hainan, Tibet, Chongqing, Qinghai, Zhejiang, Sichuan and Shanghai are higher than 10.56 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), those in Shaanxi, Hubei, Ningxia, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Tianjin, Liaoning, Beijing, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Hebei, Shandong, Henan and Jilin are lower than 8.64 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).

The price was 4.00% down from a year ago, and 0.22% up from the previous ten days of March.
