Pork (Lean Meat) Price in the Market for the First Ten-day of April (Apr. 1-10, 2017)

According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid Apr. 18, 2017, the average pork price (lean meat) of the first ten days of April is 16.52 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 7.88 yuan/jin. Tibet, 21.67 yuan/jin, has the highest pork price. Heilongjiang, 13.79 yuan/jin, has the lowest pork price. While the pork price in Tibet, Guizhou, Guangdong, Shanghai and Hainan are higher than 18.172 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), those in Shandong, Jilin, Qinghai, Liaoning, Heilongjiang and Xinjiang  are lower than 14.868 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).

The price was 3.59% down from a year ago, and 0.70 % down from the previous ten days of March.
