According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid Nov. 16, 2016, the average pork price (lean meat) of the first ten days of November is 16.96 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 6.38 yuan/jin. Tibet, 20.67 yuan/jin, has the highest pork price. Xinjiang, 14.29 yuan/jin, has the lowest pork price. While the pork price in Tibet, Guizhou, Guangdong, Hainan and Shanghai are higher than 18.656 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), those in Qinghai, Shandong, Heilongjiang and Xinjiang are lower than 15.264 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).The price was 6.11% up from a year ago, and 0.22 % down from the previous ten days of October.
