According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid Feb. 16, 2017, the average pork price (lean meat) of the first ten days of February is 17.36 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 7.00 yuan/jin. Tibet, 21.67 yuan/jin, has the highest pork price. Xinjiang, 14.67 yuan/jin, has the lowest pork price. While the pork price in Tibet, Guizhou, Shanghai, Guangdong, Hainan and Jiangxi are higher than 19.096 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), those in Hunan, Liaoning and Xinjiang are lower than 15.624 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).The price was 0.35% down from the previous ten days of January.
