According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid May 26, 2016, the average pork price (lean meat) of the second ten days of May is 17.57 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 5.42 yuan/jin. Tibet, 21.00 yuan/jin, has the highest pork price. Xinjiang, 15.58 yuan/jin, has the lowest pork price. While the pork price in Tibet, Guizhou, Guangdong and Shanghai are higher than 19.327 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), those in Xinjiang are lower than 15.813 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).The price was 0.70% up from the previous ten days of May.
