Egg (Whole) Price in the Market for the Second Ten-day of May (May 11-20, 2017)

According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid May 27, 2017, the average egg (whole) price of the second ten days of May is 3.70 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 3.71 yuan/jin. Guizhou, 6.10 yuan/jin, has the highest egg price. Shanxi, 2.39 yuan/jin, has the lowest egg price. While the egg price in Guizhou, Hainan, Tibet, Guangxi, Guandong, Yunnan, Chongqing, Hunan, Jiangxi and Zhejiang are higher than 4.07 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), the egg price in Anhui, Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Tianjin, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Hebei, Shanxi and Henan are lower than 3.33 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).


The price was 18.17% down from a year ago, and 1.35% down from the previous ten days of May.
