According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid Jul. 18, 2017, the average pork price (lean meat) of the first ten days of July is 15.54 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 7.63 yuan/jin. Tibet, 20.67 yuan/jin, has the highest pork price. Xinjiang, 13.04 yuan/jin, has the lowest pork price. While the pork price in Tibet, Guangdong, Guizhou, Tianjin, Shanghai and Hainan are higher than 17.094 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), those in Heilongjiang, Hunan, Jilin, Liaoning and Xinjiang are lower than 13.986 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).
The price was 11.89% down from a year ago, and 0.29% down from the previous ten days of June.
