According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid Nov. 17, 2017, the average pork price (lean meat) of the first ten days of November is 15.80 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 8.50 yuan/jin. Tibet, 21.00 yuan/jin, has the highest pork price. Xinjiang, 12.50 yuan/jin, has the lowest pork price. While the pork price in Tibet, Hainan, Guangdong and Shanghai are higher than 17.38 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), those in Ningxia, Fujian, Liaoning, Jilin and Xinjiang are lower than 14.22 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).
The price was 6.83% down from a year ago, and 1.13% up from the previous ten days of October.
