Egg (Whole) Price in the Market for the First Ten-day of January (Jan. 1-10, 2018)

According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid Jan. 16, 2018, the average egg (whole) price of the first ten days of January is 5.42 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 2.39 yuan/jin. Guizhou, 6.83 yuan/jin, has the highest egg price. Heilongjiang, 4.44 yuan/jin, has the lowest egg price. While the egg price in Guizhou, Hainan, Guangxi, Guangdong and Yunnan are higher than 5.962 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), the egg price in Liaoning, Shandong, Shanxi, Hebei, Jilin, Henan and Heilongjiang are lower than 4.878 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).


The price was 19.83% up from a year ago, and 0.35% up from the previous ten days of December.
