According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid Feb. 27, 2018, the average chicken meat price of the second ten days of February is 10.51 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 9.88 yuan/jin. Guangdong, 16.50 yuan/jin, has the highest meat price. Jilin, 6.62 yuan/jin, has the lowest meat price. While the meat price in Guangdong, Guizhou, Hainan, Qinghai, Fujian, Tibet, Zhejiang, Chongqing, Sichuan, Hunan and Shanghai are higher than 11.561 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), those in Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Jiangsu, Ningxia, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanxi, Anhui, Hebei, Shandong, Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Henan and Jilin are lower than 9.459 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).
The price was 7.64% up from a year ago, and 1.42% up from the previous ten days of February.
