According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid Mar. 28, 2018, the average pork price (lean meat) of the second ten days of March is 15.21 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 9.54 yuan/jin. Tibet, 20.67 yuan/jin, has the highest pork price. Liaoning, 11.13 yuan/jin, has the lowest pork price. While the pork price in Tibet, Guangdong, Shanghai, Guizhou and Hainan are higher than 16.731 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), those in Heilongjiang, Shandong, Jilin, Xinjiang and Liaoning are lower than 13.689 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).
The price was 9.314% down from a year ago, and 1.734% down from the previous ten days of March.
