Egg (Whole) Price in the Market for the First Ten-day of April (Apr. 1-10, 2018)

According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid Apr. 17, 2018, the average egg (whole) price of the first ten days of April is 4.65 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 3.23 yuan/jin. Guizhou, 6.70 yuan/jin, has the highest egg price. Shanxi, 3.47 yuan/jin, has the lowest egg price. While the egg price in Hainan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guangdong, Tibet, Zhejiang, Hunan and Chongqing are higher than 5.115 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), the egg price in Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Jilin, Shandong, Tianjin, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Henan and Shanxi are lower than 4.185 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).


The price was 19.48% up from a year ago, and 2.22% down from the previous ten days of March.
