According to the State Development Planning Commission Price Monitor Center, valid July 17, 2018, the average pork price (lean meat) of the first ten days of July is 13.91 yuan/jin, with province price margin staying at 10.27 yuan/jin. Tibet, 20.67 yuan/jin, has the highest pork price. Liaoning, 10.40 yuan/jin, has the lowest pork price. While the pork price in Tibet, Guangdong, Shanghai, Hainan, Guizhou and Yunnan are higher than 15.301 yuan/jin (10% higher than the average price), those in Shanxi, Sichuan, Jilin, Shandong, Xinjiang, Heilongjiang and Liaoning are lower than 12.519 yuan/jin (10% lower than the average price).
The price was 10.48% down from a year ago, and 0.08% up from the previous ten days of June.
